QY series oil-filled small submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor.

The water pump is located on the upper part of the electric pump, which is a centrifugal or axial flow structure; the motor is located on the lower part of the electric pump, which is an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor; the water pump and the motor are sealed by a built-in integral mechanical seal box, and the fixed seals are sealed by "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seals.

1. QY all-stainless steel oil-filled submersible pump has a beautiful appearance and small size. A unique floating oil bag is installed in the lower part of the pump. When the temperature of the electric pump rises, the oil bag is adjusted downward to prevent the temperature from bursting. Adjust the internal and external pressure to ensure the safety and reliability of the pump operation.

2. The mechanical seal adopts fluorine rubber double-end seal, and the outdoor adopts single-sided mechanical seal, which can effectively protect the motor from water ingress and burn-out.

3. The design of class F insulated motor and tapered bearing can prolong the life of the electric pump.

Product Usage

The flow rate and head of this series of electric pumps have a very wide range of applications. They are electric pump drainage and irrigation equipment widely used in rural areas and industrial and mining industries.

Conditions of Use

1. Transmission medium temperature: 0-60°C;
2. The pH value of the conveying medium is 3044-10), 316 (4-13)
3. The electric pump is more than 0.5m away from the bottom of the water, but it must not sink into the mud.
4. The volume ratio of particles in the medium does not exceed 0.10%, and the particle size is not greater than 0.20mm;
5. The power frequency is three-phase 50HZ, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value.
6. The conveying liquid cannot cause obvious corrosion to the 304 or 316 material (special liquid order query);
7. The electric pump should be used within the range near the rated head. And completely submerged in water for use, the diving depth should not exceed 3m, and the deepest should not exceed 5m.
